This blog is the build log. Not launch announcements, the actual work. The bug where SQLite quietly ANDed every search term and made a 52,000-chunk corpus return nothing. The afternoon I lost to a prompt-cache optimization that froze a timestamp. The measurement that proved my favorite theory wrong.
